New lighting installed from the consultant's design within apartments, common areas and external areas.  complete with all emergency lighting throughout though the landlord areas of the project.

New CTEC conventional fire alarm installed within the common areas of the project and commissioned, all installed and commissioned by the J2 team

Distributed TV services, Telephone and Fibre installed within each apartment

New VIDEX door access system installed with intercom to each apartment in the building, plus key fob readers to external doors, all installed and commissioned by the J2 team

Cold-water services and above ground drainage were installed to each apartment then distributed to the kitchen and bathrooms internally. Water heaters provide the hot water services. Electric Heating was installed in all rooms.
