New conventional fire alarm installed in both buildings of the project and commissioned, all installed and commissioned by the J2 team

Cat6 Data points installed around both buildings back to centralised cabinet

New intruder alarm system installed in both buidings along with IP CCTV system and monitors inside the building

Plant room fit out of each building has been designed, installed and commissioned by specialist mechanical team for the hot and cold water services and central heating systems. BMS System controls the gas boilers and hot water storage/pumping for each building.
